Great hose! very, very well made. Top of the line fittings. I'm using it as an extension for my propane generator. If taken care of properly, this hose will last a lifetime! Also, etrailer had the best price, and I shopped around.

Hose is exactly as described and works perfectly. For me it is new, I don't know about long term reliability but I see nothing that would cause me to think it won't last a long time.

I'm using it to extend my patio heater to a larger tank. The male brass end fits fine though the hole in my patio heater. Many extension hoses for sale have a gauge built in which prevents this.

Quality of fittings looks good. Hose is made in Canada. Valves at both ends prevent gas from escaping under all conditions. Can be connected end-to-end to prevent dirt from entering and thread damage during storage.

It sounds like what you are needing is an extension hose that features a Type 1 male fitting at one end and a Type 1 female fitting at the other end. Need 10 Foot Propane Extension Hose
It looks like you want a 10' hose that connects to a 20 pound tank (with a type-1 connector) on one end, and a heater with a POL female connector (with regulator) on the other end. The first problem I see is the use of two low-pressure regulators. That will most likely result in pressure too low to operate the appliance. A really good solution would be a MB Sturgis # 100914-180-MBS which would connect your heater to your 20 pound propane bottle without the need for any additional pieces....
